Business Development Representative 

Pacific Resources Group ("PRG") is a management consulting firm based in Newport Beach, California.  We specialize in managing the negotiating business disputes through our flagship software application, SIMPLESETTLE.COM. PRG is transforming how small business disputes are managed. Working together to implement the best strategy, we align a client’s budget and goals with a predictable and manageable fee structure.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a self-starter and quick learner to join our team of settlement experts who can navigate various issues to completion without creating additional financial stress for the client.

Must be able to thoroughly understand and clearly articulate to potential clients, PRG's role in the dispute resolution process and the value our services provide. 

 This is a 1099 - REMOTE, work from home position. In office hours are minimal and flexible.

 Candidates must be able to work independently, have a good phone, computer and dependable car.

Must be able to stay focused and on track with minimal supervision, set & meet weekly goals, be available for conference calls with office and clients, have good presentation skills in person, via phone and/or zoom calls. Be able to manage realistic sales calls expectations, set calendar controls and follow-ups.

Skills: PRG uses our own CRM system to manage sales with an emphasis on tracking KPI’s. Candidate should be Microsoft Office, internet/intranet, DocuSign & basic web application(s) proficient.

Duties include but are not limited to: Calling on leads, explaining services and values, setting follow-up appointments, reviewing and closing contracts, communicating clearly with our back office & virtual CFO teams as well as our network of referring attorneys as needed.

Good sales and cold-calling experience desired. A successful candidate must be motivated, self-disciplined and want to grow with our company.
